Your instructor
Dalla mia esperienza sulle piste come campionessa di fondo, ho tracciato un sentiero inaspettato che mi ha condotto alla scoperta dello Yoga, trasformandosi in una passione vivida che ora alimenta ogni aspetto della mia vita. L'intensità e la dedizione che dedicavo all'atletica si sono evolute nella creazione di "Body Mind Flow," un approccio personalizzato allo Yoga che fonde l'armonia dello spirito con il vigore del corpo.
La mia vocazione è divenuta quella di guidare gli altri in questo viaggio di trasformazione. Con il desiderio di diffondere questo sapere, mi impegno ad insegnare il mio metodo a chi cerca un rinnovato senso di benessere.
